San Mateo County Arts Commission's Educational Award 2014

The San Mateo Arts Commission's Award encourages educators to undertake arts and creativity learning projects that stimulate student curiosity and learning through the creative process. The primary objective of this award (grant) is to support teacher innovation and to foster creativity as a method of learning throughout the County of San Mateo.

J. Russell Kent Exemplary Program Award 2012

The J. Russell Kent Awards, sponsored by the San Mateo County School Boards Association, are designed to recognized and publicize outstanding programs in San Mateo County public schools. The award program provides an opportunity for districts to share their unique and excellent programs with other educational groups and to learn about other county-wide educational efforts.

Prudential Educational Foundation Award 2009

The Prudential California Realty Education Foundation honored 80 Northern California public school teachers for their outstanding achievements by awarding $40,000 in grants during May. Families, peers, community leaders and Prudential California agents honored the teachers at the annual event held in Oakland on May 9.
